These terms apply to your use of mediaspelare.com and to any subscription you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
We provide access to an IPTV streaming service. A subscription gives one user access for the period purchased, on the number of devices agreed at the time of the order. We are a reseller of a streaming service; we do not own, produce or broadcast the channels and content made available through it.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the contact and WhatsApp links on this site. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) on our Pricing page and are for the full period stated on each plan. Your subscription begins once your credentials have been delivered.
3. Delivery
Login details are sent to the contact address or number you give us, as soon as your order is confirmed. Please check that the details you provide are correct, as we cannot deliver to an incorrect address.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To continue after your period ends, contact us to renew.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
- A subscription is for one household. Do not share, publish or resell your credentials.
- Do not record, rebroadcast, redistribute or resell any stream or content.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, without a refund.
7. Service availability
The quality of the service depends on your own internet connection and on third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and channel line-ups may change without notice.
8. Your equipment
You are responsible for providing a compatible device and an internet connection fast enough for streaming. Recommended players include IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player and Hot Player; these are third-party applications that we do not own or control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Intellectual property
The text, images and layout of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
